Cancellation of a 1-night stay:

• Cancellation of stay for 1 night and the "Best Daily Rate" package is non-refundable

Cancellation of stays from 2 nights or more for the period from 01.07.2025 to 31.08.2025:

• 7 - 2 days before the reserved arrival: cancellation fee 40% of the stay price
• 2 - 0 days before the reserved arrival - cancellation fee 100% of the stay price

Cancellation of stays from 2 nights in the other period:

• up to 22 days before the reserved arrival - no cancellation fee
• 21 - 15 days before the reserved arrival: cancellation fee 20% of the stay price
• 14 - 7 days before the reserved arrival: cancellation fee 40% of the stay price
• 7 - 2 days before the reserved arrival: cancellation fee 70% of the stay price
• 2 - 0 days before the reserved arrival - cancellation fee 100% of the stay price

• for a 1-night stay and package, the most advantageous daily rate requires 100% payment of the stay price
• for other stays, we require a 50% payment at the time of booking and the remaining balance at check-in for reserved services

• if the provided service is to be billed to the hotel room, it is necessary to attach the hotel card to the payment terminal
• otherwise, we require payment by card or in cash
