Payment Conditions

for a 1-night stay and package, the most advantageous daily rate requires 100% payment of the stay price
for other stays, we require a 50% payment at the time of booking and the remaining balance at check-in for reserved services

Cancellation Policy for Stays

Cancellation of a 1-night stay:

Cancellation of stay for 1 night and the "Best Daily Rate" package is non-refundable

Cancellation of stays from 2 nights or more for the period from 1st July 2025 to 31st August 2025:

3 - 7 days before the reserved arrival: cancellation fee 40% of the stay price
0- 2 days before the reserved arrival - cancellation fee 100% of the stay price

Cancellation of stays from 2 nights in the other period:

up to 22 days before the reserved arrival - no cancellation fee
15 - 21 days before the reserved arrival: cancellation fee 20% of the stay price

3 - 7 days before the reserved arrival: cancellation fee 70% of the stay price
0 - 2 days before the reserved arrival - cancellation fee 100% of the stay price

How do I apply the recreational contribution from my employer?

you will automatically receive an invoice upon settling the bill at the reception with all details included
