Payment Conditions

for a 1-night stay and package, the most advantageous daily rate requires 100% payment of the stay price
for other stays, we require a 50% payment at the time of booking and the remaining balance at check-in for reserved services

Cancellation Conditions for Stays

In the event of cancellation of the reservation or failure to show up for the stay (so-called no-show), the supplier has the right to charge a cancellation fee according to the cancellation conditions stated below. Cancellation of the reservation is accepted in writing or electronically.
In the case of a no-show, the reservation is automatically considered cancelled by the client without the right to alternative accommodation and the supplier is entitled to charge 100% of the price of the reserved stay.

Cancellation terms and fees:

15 days before the date of the reserved stay, cancellation is free of charge,
from 14 to 8 days before the date of the stay 50% of the total amount of the reserved services,
from 7 days or less before the date of the stay 100% of the total amount of the reserved services,
in case of early departure from the stay, the supplier charges 100% of the confirmed remaining stay,
for Christmas, New Year's, and Easter stays, a 100% cancellation fee applies if the reservation is canceled 14 days or less before the start date of the stay

5.2 Conditions for the return of the deposit
In case of cancellation of the stay according to the valid cancellation conditions, the deposit will be returned to the client within 30 days from the written cancellation of the stay. A transaction tax fee of 0.4%, but no more than 40,- EUR will be deducted from the deposit.
