A 50% deposit of the total price is required, which will be automatically charged to your credit card, or you can pay the deposit for the stay online immediately. The remaining amount for the stay is paid by the guest on-site at check-in.

In the event of cancellation of the reservation or failure to show up for the stay (so-called no-show), the supplier has the right to charge a cancellation fee according to the cancellation conditions stated below. Cancellation of the reservation is accepted in writing or electronically.
In the case of a no-show, the reservation is automatically considered cancelled by the client without the right to alternative accommodation and the supplier is entitled to charge 100% of the price of the reserved stay.
Cancellation terms and fees:
- Cancellation 4 days prior to the scheduled stay: free of charge (no cancellation fee).
- 3 to 2 days prior to the stay: 50% of the total price of the reserved services.
- Less than 24 hours prior to the stay: 100% of the total price of the reserved services.
- Early departure: the provider charges 100% of the remaining confirmed stay.
- Christmas, New Year's Eve, and Easter stays: a 100% cancellation fee applies if the reservation is cancelled 14 days or less prior to the arrival date.
5.2 Conditions for the return of the deposit
In case of cancellation of the stay according to the valid cancellation conditions, the deposit will be returned to the client within 30 days from the written cancellation of the stay. A transaction tax fee of 0.4%, but no more than 40,- EUR will be deducted from the deposit.
