One of the best hotels in Slovakia which is great for families as well as couples. Very good location, excellent service, frienly helpful staff, fantastic food and a wonderful wellness. Két gyermekemmel és párommal látogattuk meg a Partizán hotelt, az elmúlt 3 napban. Nagyon szuper volt! A wellness részleg csodálatos . Szuper medencék , szuper masszás, és nem utolsó sorban a szauna világ ,ami a feleségem és az én véleményem szerint is, az eddigi legjobb ahol jártunk. Nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak az alkalmazottak. (Havazás után még az autókat is letakarították) Tiszta, rendezet a hotel. Gyönyörű panoráma. Mi biztosan vissza terünk . Nagyon köszönünk mindent!
One of the best hotels to stay with kids, lots of areas for kids to play, great food, beautiful wellness/spa. Hotel rooms very clean & tidy! Nice surroundings for hiking/forest walks. Definitely recommend this hotel!
Nice, well-equipped 4* hotel. Huge wellness/spa, above-standard cuisine, Very good background for indoor/outdoor sports. Very nice rooms (Familly apartment - recommended - in spite of bad experience with ongoing reconstruction of walls on the balcony during our stay). Definitely kids friendly hotel. Huge kid corner(s), with excellent animation program/team. Belongs among the best family hotels in CZ/SK. Very nice location for cycling and hiking (fewer tourist).
We spent a family weekend with 2 kids. I was truly surprised by the level of service and staff - one of best in Slovakia. Allthough the hotel is not newly reconstructed it is clean and very well maintained. The spa is amaizing (3 floors) with separate zone for children. Also the kid´s club is great, clean, with kind young girls making activities for kids throughout the day. Very nice huge outdoor area with children's attractions, artificial lake (swimming possible) and attractive huge wooden cottage "Koliba" made in very special, moder style with excellent kitchen.
Highly recomended for family weekends and/or golf players (very nice 18+9 golf course just in the neighbourhood).

Great mountain lodge if you are in Slovakia! The older part has fabulous views of the mountains looking toward the ski slopes, but the new part is air-conditioned, which was a necessity when we traveled during the hot spell in Europe and all over the world. Good amenities in room (mini bar, fireplace, etc.) Decoration of rooms in old part is definitely on a forest theme, but the new part has toned down that style. Breakfast and dinner is wonderful on the terrace overlooking the mountains beyond and a lawn below with two teepees (yes, teepees in Slovakia for the kids). It is very good for kids with special playrooms downstairs and an indoor child's swimming pool in the room adjacent to the adult indoor pool. Of course there is a large pond-sort-of pool outside too. We stayed there 3 nights while learning about the Slovakia's part in World War II.
I love this hotel. For its surroundings,view from the terrace, calmness and atmosphere. I keep coming back there every year. And I always look forward to my next stay. Mostly because of the nature, view and calmness there. As I come back there every year I have some different experiences and so I can compare it every year. Usually when I come there, the hotel is fully booked. And so, you can feel it by some services, although the staff try their best. But the breakfast is great. Good selection of food, I am pretty sure everybody can find something by his taste. The breakfast really is good and fresh. But, especially during the last hour of breakfast, often happens that the most popular food is missing.. And if you give it a try after 20-30 mins, there is no change. And this is something, what should not happen in a hotel of this level and price. After some negative experiences with the restaurant (during afternoon/evening) in past, I prefer other options of the restaurants around. I do not want to risk expensive but cold or not well-cooked food (accompanied by even some discussion with the chef who tried to persuade me i was wrong, ending by his acknowledgment I was right; it was really awkward and not convenient). I am not picky, but if a hotel asks for such a price for the food, I want it worth it. On teh other hand, the food in their Shed´s restaurant is great and always satisfying. Generally, the hotel has quite high prices at the bar/lobby bar for nothing extra special, which can be a little bit surprising. Beds are comfortable, but I always have problems with the pillows. For such a hotel a little selection of pillows would be an excellent improvement. Rooms are soundproof and spacious, nicely designed (especially after recent re-decor). But yes, I also have 2 bad experiences - 1/ missing sunglasses and a ring (I have no idea when and how disappeared, especially if I really take care of these things, if I use safebox and if other -not so valuable- jewellery stayed on the same place), and that the reception made us pay for the minibar twice (as they do not have a "system" to notice that one of the guest has already paid for it). But still, I always look forward to come back there, because the area and atmosphere there makes me happy and rest.
Well, I could not be satisfied more...Beautiful hotel in the great nature, hotel staff was very helpful, friendly and always ready to fulfil whatever needs we had. There is also very nice wellness area with several pools and great sauna world. Food in the restaurant was very good and stylish as well, we liked the fact that many ingredients are from local providers or they own farm(where we did a horse trip btw). And we especially liked the bed matresses, they were one of the best we ever slept on, we are even considering to buy them;-)). All in all, it was a great trip, our kids loved it so I can definitely say we will come again.
